When I first decided to share my knowledge about nutrition and wellness and to support others as they move toward a healthier way of living, I knew I wanted intention to be the heart of my process. In part, it is because I understand how trends compel us in one direction and then another, and it takes effort to find the truth or at least a clear view. But it's also because making informed decisions, engaging in self-assessment and truth-telling, accepting short-term sacrifices, and appreciating long-term outcomes are all nutrients themselves.
